Special requirements regarding the given facility's safety can be complied with only due to application of specialised external roller blinds with an anti-burglary certificate. Ensuring the minimum burglary time specified in the anti-burglary tests for roller blinds requires introduction of specific structural modifications as compared with standard solutions.
They include:
- application of an aluminium armouring of increased thickness filled with hard, impact resistant epoxy resin,
- installation of the armouring with protection against being torn out of the guides,
- application of increased rigidity GK-5E external cases,
- application of guides made of reinforced aluminium sections, with a special chamber protecting the armouring against being torn out,
- application of an end rib reinforced with a steel T-bar with a special automatic interlocking system,
- application of the SOMFY safety package comprising electric driving unit with anti-burglary protection.
The anti-burglary properties of the system are confirmed by the WK 2 certification granted.
Thanks to the foregoing, the anti-burglary roller blinds offered constitute a real protection of windows, cashier's office compartments, special risk facilities, etc,. confirmed by demanding test procedures. It is also worth stressing that despite the compliance with the demanding attestation requirements, the roller blinds retain all other use values, such as noise dampening, additional thermal insulation, full blackout, etc.
