Garage segment doors consist of the following components:
- Armouring - 40 mm thick sections filled with polyurethane foam of high rigidity. Due to the appropriate design of the joints between sections, the problem of fingers jamming has been eliminated, thus ensuring full operation safety. Tightness of the armouring is ensured by application of rubber gaskets located between panels as well as sealing of the end rib and the door head. The armouring sections are available with horizontal (resin laid) or coffer redrawn patterns.
- Vertical and horizontal guides in which the door's armouring moves are the door packing is mounted.
- Guide rolls operating on a rolling bearing ensure durable and silent operation of the door, additionally protecting the device against fingers jamming.
- Driving unit - every garage door is provided with individually designed set of torsion springs balancing the weight of the armouring and ensuring comfortable manual (optionally electric) operation.
- Optional accessories:
- Electric drive with radio control increasing functionality and comfort of operation.
- Glazing ensuring additional lighting of the compartment (garage door windows, transom sections with double acrylic panes) and air grates.
- Additional protection against breaking of springs or cords, protection of the door travel path by means of photocells.
- Suspension and mounting components, masking blinds, etc.
